Contact Types

The table below describes the types of customer contacts involved in SoftwareOne Cloud Managed Services.

Contact Type

Contact Description

Contract owner

  • Provide legally binding notices under the agreement, including but not limited to contract change notices

  • Authorized to raise incidents and service requests

IT administrator

  • Authorized to raise incidents and service requests

  • Is the main technical contact for SoftwareOne cloud support

  • IT administrator contacts are provisioned with access to pyracloud cloud management module

IT support

  • Authorized to raise incidents on behalf of users within the environment

  • Contact type is not able to raise service requests

Billing administrator

  • Authorized to raise billing query service requests through cloud support online

  • Billing Administrator will raise request for purchase/ removal of hours for Operations on Demand

  • Billing contacts are provisioned with access to pyracloud cloud management module
