Service Offboarding

Service offboarding disables the service for the cloud subscription to be offboarded.

If you have one cloud account and request for it to be offboarded, or request for all cloud subscription to be offboarded the request will be treated as a termination request subject to the standard termination terms and conditions.

If you offboard a cloud subscription where billing has been transferred to SoftwareOne, it is your responsibility to transfer the cloud subscription to another partner, or migrate the resources to another cloud subscription. Where billing has been transferred to SoftwareOne, we will continue to invoice you for any consumption.
