SoftwareOne can create a new subscription for you. There will be no migration for this scenario.

Transfer Subscriptions from other CSP Providers to SoftwareOne CSP

SoftwareOne will work with you to fill out the Microsoft CSP Subscription Transfer form to serve as basis for transferring existing CSP subscriptions to SoftwareOne CSP.

Transfer Subscriptions from Existing Direct SCE/Enterprise Agreement to SoftwareOne CSP

SoftwareOne will initiate and coordinate the billing transfer from your Direct Microsoft Enterprise Agreement Azure subscription to SoftwareOne CSP.

This is done over a call where SoftwareOne will send you a link and will guide you on completing transfer.

Azure services in the subscription keep running without any interruption.

Transfer Subscriptions from Existing Indirect SCE/Enterprise Agreement, Web Direct (PAYG), Open or MPSA (Via Resource Move) to SoftwareOne CSP

SoftwareOne will initiate and coordinate a resources migration from your existing contract (other than Direct EA/SCE or CSP) to SoftwareOne CSP.

This is done by using Microsoft’s Resource Move tool.

This may require downtime of some Azure Resources. Azure Classic Resources need to be upgraded to Azure Resource Manager and specific services like Marketplace items and ExpressRoute need to be reconfigured.

Transfer Subscriptions from Existing Indirect SCE/Enterprise Agreement, Web Direct (PAYG), Open or MPSA (via Staging Subscription) to SoftwareOne CSP

SoftwareOne will initiate and coordinate the billing transfer of your Indirect SCE/Enterprise Agreement, Web Direct (PAYG), Open or MPSA Azure subscription to SoftwareOne CSP via a Staging Direct EA Subscription.

Azure services in the subscription keep running without any interruption during the billing transfer.
