Requesting Exemption Of Subscription From Governance & Compliance Monitoring
This guide outlines the steps involved in submitting a request to exempt Subscription from Governance & Compliance Monitoring.
Step by Step Guide:

1 | Login to SoftwareOne Cloud Management Portal.  |
2 | Click on the hamburger menu and click on Get help.  |
3 | Click on Request and specify Service, Category, Sub category, Impact and Title as per the screenshot below.  |
4 | Specify the Description with the details of Subscription Name and Subscription ID. Click on Submit.  |
5 | After submitting the request, a SoftwareOne support engineer will review and process it. If it is deemed a valid service request, the engineer will reach out to fulfill it. |
