Managing Governance and Compliance

The Governance and Compliance service module lets SoftwareOne establish a compliance baseline for your Azure subscriptions by applying Azure Security Benchmark policy initiative in Audit mode.

SoftwareOne’s Event Management Systems will monitor the compliance baseline and an Incident ticket will be created when a deviation is detected which results in a resource becoming uncompliant with a policy under the Azure Security Benchmark policy initiative.

You can configure if resources are excempted from individual policies or from entire policy packs by specifying the tag values of swoGranularExemption or swoGlobalExemption. You can also raise a Service Request should you chose to excempt and entire Azure subscription from generating compliance baseline deviation alerts and Incidents.
